with over five years of experience as a licensed manicurist, I bring a wealth of expertise to a diverse array of nail treatments. my aim isn't just about giving you beautiful nails; it's about boosting the overall health and natural growth of your nails.

things to keep in mind before scheduling:
New Clients
New clients are required to schedule a consultation before any new services are rendered
Individual Client Kits
Every client is provided with a personal hardware manicure kit, which is dedicated exclusively to them and securely stored at our salon.
Service Add Ons
To ensure seamless service scheduling, select all desired add-ons during the booking process, as our service slots are time-bound.
Payment Methods
Remaining balance must be paid in cash only.
Late Arrivals
We extend a 10 minute grace period. Late arrivals will be charged a $20 late fee if able to be accommodated.
Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled 48hrs in advance via email confirmation. Cancellations after this time period will be charged $60 cancellation fee.

Nail Maintenance
Break a nail? Need a quick fix? We offer complimentary repairs up to two days after your initial session.
To prevent natural nails from becoming damaged, a 3 week follow up is recommended for all nail enhancement services.
Follow Up Session
seamless sessions requires teamwork, here’s how you can help:

if your nails are bitten, broken, lifted, removed, please inform us before your session. additional maintenance for repairs requires extra time and may limit the service time for additional add-ons and affect subsequent scheduled appointments. failing to do so may require rescheduling and result in possible cancellation fees.
please note: we reserve the right to refuse service if you have a contagious condition, open wounds, nail fungus or any other health concerns that may pose a risk to nail technician or other clients.

If you're scheduled for a nail art session, please text your inspiration and design ideas to 📲 336-772-0639 at least 48 hours before your appointment. This ensures we have the necessary items to create your look and allows time to prepare a sample nail for you to approve upon arrival. If you don't schedule the add-on, your request is likely to be denied, as services are time-based.

a link 🔗 will be provided at the end of each session for clients to schedule their follow up session. if your desired time isn’t available and you wish to secure a time outside of standard business hours, a $30 convenience fee will be added to the session total.
rescheduling & canceling can be done via email confirmation. click ➡️ “change/cancel appointment” from there you will be promoted to cancel or reschedule.
if your screen prompt says “changes to this appointment can no longer be made online.” clients are responsible for associated cancellation fees
